Monthly Members' Meeting
Members’ meetings are scheduled for 7PM on the last Thursday of each month. Meetings are held during Jan, Feb (AGM), Mar, Apr, May, Sep, Oct, & Nov, but are usually suspended for the months of Jun, Jul, Aug, & Dec. We encourage our members to attend all meetings, and to be an active voice in the affairs of our Legion. Members' Meetings are included on our monthly schedules.
 
Executive Meetings
The Executive meets at least once monthly, usually at 7PM on the second-last Thursday of each month.
 
Annual General Meeting
Our AGM is held on the last Thursday of February each year at 7PM. Final reports and the annual financial statement are presented by the retiring executive. Elections are held for the incoming executive, which assumes office immediately. Only members in good standing may attend the AGM and participate (as either candidate or voter) in the elections. The following positions are elected each year, for a one year term: President, 1st Vice-President, 2nd Vice-President, and five other executive members whose assignments are determined by the President. The officers and members of the Executive may continue to be elected from year to year, and may vy for any position, although there is a two-year consecutive term limit for the office of president. The Executive also includes a designated position for Past President.
